A template reads one document and answers its questions. A workflow runs several steps in order. If neither says what you want, write a template first and come back — a Dropbox always runs something that already exists.

Either way, nothing is emailed to them and they never need an account.
You get an email when a submission arrives, and every run is waiting on the Dropbox's own page and in your library.
Sets how long a visitor can open their result, and how long the submission stays in your dashboard. Each submission is kept this long from when it arrives; after that its link stops working and the record is removed. Your saved library keeps its own copy.

These are the only words on the visitor's page.

You get a link straight away. Nothing runs until somebody uses it, and you can change any of this later — the link stays the same.
Choose from the API keys saved under Account → AI models. Each run is paid by the key you pick, and bounded by its spend cap.
