Questions
Are workflows really free?
Yes. Workflows are the heart of SoWhatify, so they are not behind the paywall and there is no trial that expires. Free accounts can run workflows as often as they like. What Pro removes is the ceiling on how many workflows you can keep: 10 installed in the widget and 10 of your own on the free plan.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your existing workflows and context profiles keep working — you are simply asked to remove one before adding another, or to upgrade. If you later cancel Pro, both stay in your account and stay editable; you just cannot add new ones past the free limit until you make room.
Do I still need my own API key on Pro?
Yes, for now. SoWhatify runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key, or entirely on-device with Chrome AI, which is why analysis is unlimited on both plans — you are never paying us a markup on tokens. A managed option, where we supply the model and you skip the key, is planned.
What counts as a workflow I created?
Any workflow you own: one you built in the workflow builder, or one you forked from the marketplace to edit. Installing someone else's workflow unchanged does not count against that limit — it counts against the installed-in-widget limit instead.
When does a team need Enterprise rather than Pro?
Pro is per person and works fine for a handful of colleagues who each pay for themselves. Enterprise is for when you want one invoice instead of many, a private space where the team's own templates and workflows stay internal, and someone on our side who knows your rollout. Tell us how many seats you need and we will quote it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro is a rolling subscription and you can cancel from your account page whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get Pro for free?
Yes, for a year. Post something you analysed with SoWhatify publicly on social media with #sowhatify in the post, then send us the link through the support page. Once we have checked it, we add twelve months of Pro to your account. One free year per account.
